Major accountabilities:

• Lead quality assurance for fabric production and knitting machinery, ensuring adherence to standards, inspecting samples, and collaborating with teams to meet customer and company requirements.
• Develop and implement QA protocols, address defects through root cause analysis, optimize machinery performance, and manage spare parts inventory for seamless operations.
• Define and execute quality strategies, monitor performance metrics, and align production with organizational goals and customer expectations.
• Provide training, integrate new technologies, support R&D efforts, and promote continuous improvement within the QA team.
